Once an order has been confirmed and paid, the products in stock will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on the availability of Arté

If a product is out of stock but still available from the manufacturer, please account for the necessary delay (generally 4/8 weeks, sometimes less, sometimes more...) 

If a product is out of stock and no longer available from the manufacturer, the client will be notified so that they may consider a suggested equivalent product or accept a credit

If part of an order is out of stock, the order will be shipped in its entirety once all products are available at Arté

Products will be sent by French post with a tracking number, following the French post’s terms and conditions

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the parcel (product + packaging) and its destination. The prices shown on the order include packaging.

These fees may change without warning. ArtékaStore is not responsible if the client does not pay the order’s importation duty and tax.

Once an order has been shipped by post, Arté is not responsible for a package’s loss, theft, damage or destruction

Product return

You can return a product still new (not opened, not played) during 14 days. It will be reimbursed except shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility
